Solenari Care sells digital products, including downloadable guides, educational materials, eBooks, digital resources, and other immediately accessible online content. Because our products are digital and are made available immediately after payment approval, returns are handled differently from physical goods.
By purchasing from Solenari Care, you acknowledge and agree that your order may be delivered instantly through a download link, confirmation page, customer account, or email access link.
1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold by Solenari Care are digital products. No physical item is shipped to the customer.
Digital products may include, but are not limited to:
eBooks;
downloadable guides;
personal development resources;
mindset, clarity, confidence, emotional mastery, and self-improvement materials;
PDF files or other digital formats;
access links delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, opened, or made available to the customer, it cannot be physically returned in the same way as a tangible product.
2. Refund Request Window
Customers may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the order date.
After 7 calendar days, refunds are no longer available.
The 7-day period starts on the date and time the order is completed.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval.
3. Eligibility for Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence that the product has already been accessed, downloaded, consumed, copied, shared, or used substantially.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
The refund request is made more than 7 calendar days after purchase;
The customer changed their mind after accessing or downloading the product;
The customer no longer wants the product after receiving access;
The customer expected results that are not guaranteed by the product;
The customer failed to read the product description before purchasing;
The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake and accessed or downloaded it;
The customer’s device, software, or internet connection is incompatible with the file format, unless we are unable to provide a reasonable alternative format;
The customer shared, copied, distributed, resold, uploaded, or otherwise misused the product;
The customer violated our Terms of Service;
The product was purchased through unauthorized access, fraud, chargeback abuse, or suspicious payment activity.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase.
We may approve a refund for the duplicate transaction if:
The duplicate purchase can be verified in our order system;
The refund request is made within 7 calendar days;
The duplicate purchase was made using the same customer details or payment method;
There is no evidence of misuse or abuse.
6. Access or Delivery Issues
Digital products are normally delivered immediately after payment approval.
If you do not receive your download link or access email, please check:
Your spam or junk folder;
The email address entered at checkout;
Your order confirmation page;
Any customer account associated with your purchase;
Whether your payment was fully approved.

7. No Physical Returns
Because Solenari Care sells digital products only, there are no physical returns.
Customers should not mail any items to our business address. We do not accept physical returns for digital products, and sending items to our address will not create refund eligibility.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
